शिमला. हिमाचल प्रदेश में उद्योग लगाने हों या अन्य अधिकृत कार्य करने हों, इनके लिए अब 99 नहीं, 40 साल के पट्टे पर ही जमीन मिलेगी. इसके मद्देनजर राज्य कैबिनेट ने लैंड सीलिंग एक्ट के नियमों में संशोधन के लिए मंजूरी दे दी है. इसके साथ ही विभिन्न विभागों में विभिन्न श्रेणियों के हजारों पदों को भरने की मंजूरी दी गई है.

मुख्यमंत्री सुखविंद्र सुक्खू की अध्यक्षता में देर रात संपन्न हुई कैबिनेट मीटिंग में तृतीय श्रेणी के 20 हजार पदों पर भर्ती का प्रोसेस शुरू करने को मंजूरी मिल गई है. कैबिनेट ने इसके लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग (HPPSC) को अधिकृत कर दिया है. कैबिनेट की बैठक में फैसला लिया गया कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकार के उपक्रमों को सोलर प्रोजेक्ट लगाने के लिए अब उद्योगों की तर्ज पर कोई लैंड सीलिंग नहीं रहेगी.
प्रदेश में लैंड सीलिंग कानून के तहत 150 बीघा से ज्यादा जमीन नहीं ली जा सकती है. सोलर प्रोजेक्टों के लिए इसमें इन उप्रकमों को छूट दी जाएगी. प्रदेश मंत्रिमंडल ने यह भी निर्णय लिया है कि अब तृतीय श्रेणी कर्मचारियों की भर्ती राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग से होगी. इसमें यह फैसला लिया गया है कि मेडिकल कॉलेज नाहन, नेरचौक, हमीरपुर और चंबा में आपात मेडिसिन विभाग में 48 पद भरे जाएंगे. हमीरपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज में न्यूक्लीयर मेडिसिन विभाग में चार पद भरे जाएंगे.

बेटियों को भी पैतृक जमीन में यूनिट मानने के विधेयक को विधानसभा में पेश करने की भी स्वीकृति दे दी गई है. नई इलेक्ट्रिक बसों की खरीद के मामले में मंजूरी दी गई. नगर निगम शिमला के चुनाव रोस्टर के बारे में भी चर्चा हुई कि आरक्षण प्रक्रिया को कैसे संपन्न करना है. मुख्यमंत्री सुक्खू ने 17 मार्च को पेश अपने बजट भाषण में महिलाओं व बेटियों को भी पिता की संपत्ति पर अधिकार देने की घोषणा की थी. कैबिनेट ने इसी बजट सत्र में 47 साल पुराने हिमाचल प्रदेश लैंड सीलिंग एक्ट 1976 में संशोधन के लिए बिल लाने को मंजूरी दे दी है.
